Cottage in the Baix Empordà, in the village of Calonge. It is a 19th century farmhouse ideal for enjoying nature and the Costa Brava. Highly recommended if you want to spend some wonderful days with family and friends. The capacity of the masía is for 23 people, distributed in 4 apartments that have their own services, like kitchen and bathrooms.
THE RURAL HOUSE
She has a sober and authentic personality that makes her unique. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining room for groups with a capacity of up to 20 people. Completely renovated for the comfort of the guests and with an exquisite decoration that will make you spend some fabulous days.
- I Apartment: has 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom.
- II Apartment: has 1 triple room, 2 double rooms, 2 extra beds and 2 bathrooms.
- III Apartment: 1 double room, 1 double room, 1 extra bed and 1 bathroom.
- IV Apartment: it has 2 double rooms, 2 double rooms, 2 extra beds and 2 bathrooms.
OUTSIDE THE RURAL HOUSE
Outside there is a play area, a solarium with sun loungers and a magnificent swimming pool where you can cool off on the hot summer days. You can also enjoy a fabulous barbecue in the surroundings of the house, equipped with garden furniture. Located just 3 km from the beach, you can enjoy the amazing coves of the Costa Brava and the unique ecosystem that surrounds them. If you fancy rural tourism, Calonge will not disappoint you with its historic center, Major Square and the most emblematic monument of the village: the castle of Calonge.
