Rural house in the Baix Empordà, in the village of Sant Antoni de Calonge. Rural apartment located a few kilometers from the best beaches of the Costa Brava, fully equipped and decorated while maintaining the characteristics of the original house. Ideal to enjoy wonderful days with family and friends. The maximum capacity of the rural house is 4 people.

INSIDE

It has a sober and authentic personality that makes it unique. Formed by a living room where the old entrance mouth of the oven is still preserved. The dining room is next to the kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, hob and gas oven. It has two bedrooms, one double with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub for both rooms. It has individual heating and antique furniture with an elegant rural decoration.

ABROAD

Outside we find a playground, a solarium with sun loungers and a magnificent shared pool where you can cool off on hot summer days. You can also enjoy a fabulous barbecue in the surroundings of the house, equipped with garden furniture.There are also activities for the more sporty people such as bike rides through the Tinar basin, land surrounded by vineyards, irrigation, wild trees and streams They cross it.
