Description
Magnificent Catalan farmhouse built in the X century, with more than ten centuries of renovations and expansions. Located in the Lleida Pyrenees, belongs to the municipality of Coll de Nargó, Alt Urgell, Lleida. The whole house is rented.
Completely renovated, offers comfortable and privileged comforts space. Adjacent to the house are rooms that have been enabled as a museum, with a chapel, oil mill, winery and bread oven. The access to the house is paved.
Among the different rooms of the house, we find a large living room with a table for 14 people, fireplace and stereo. A fully equipped kitchen. An audiovisual room with a TV of great format, canal SAT for foreigners, Blu-ray, DVD, and 10 comfortable seats. A library with computers and internet.
A playroom and fitness center with all kinds of machines, sauna and heated pool. In addition, the house has arranged a terrace outside the dining room with splendid views of the forest and a semi-covered terrace at the top of the house. It has 3 bathrooms plus scattered around the house.
Outside, a swimming pool will cool the hot days of summer and, for younger, a playground make the stay even more enjoyable.
If you want to experiment and sightseeing in the area, some of the activities that can be performed are: from hiking and biking with marked routes, routes with all-terrain, the Romanesque Route or visit the museum of dinosaurs in Coll de Nargó to attractions such as Andorra (35min), the Olympic Park in La Seu d'Urgell ...
