Description
Cottage in the Garrotxa located near the village of Tortellà. Old house sustainable, cozy and charming, ideal to spend a few days with family and friends field. The maximum capacity of the house is 17 persons.
The cottage is decorated to offer tranquility, with light shades, and has all the amenities for a unique rural stay with nice touches of wood and stone. The farmhouse is on two spacious floors.
On the ground floor of the farmhouse found in a kitchen with pantry, a living room with sofas, fireplace, 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The first floor is distributed in a living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Possibility of 2 extra beds. The 6 rooms of the house are distrubidas in:
- 2 Room Triple (double bed + single bed).
- 1 Double room (twin).
- 1 Double room (double bed).
- 1 Triple (three single beds + cot) room.
- 1 Room Quintuple (five single beds).
Outside the house has a swimming pool, a covered parking, a porch, a barbecue area playground, the garden and gallineo. In addition to ample outside space to enjoy with your family. An adaptable room with fireplace is the perfect meeting place for groups or for group activities instead.
The environment of the Garrotxa, offers a wide range of possibilities for active tourism, places to visit, like the Fageda, or the Natural Park of the Garrotxa. It is a rural house in Girona, perfect for visiting places in the area.
The house stoves and fireplace, it is almost unnecessary to turn on the heating. If you do, you should never pay more than 20 € for the weekend.
Admits pets 10€ per day and 50€ per week (maximum 3 pets for group)
