Description
Rural house in the Solsonès. Wonderful rural house in Lleida rehabilitated in 2004, located in Lladurs in a mountainous enclave surrounded by nature. Ideal to have fun with family and friends, with all the comforts that the house gives us. The maximum capacity is 12 people.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Completely decorated with rustic style, makes us feel in a rural and pleasant environment, combining stone and wood throughout the house. The Saüquer has a ramp to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility.
A spacious living room with fireplace and television, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with stunning views. The 5 double rooms in the house are equipped with their own bathroom (shower + sink).
OUTSIDE THE HOUSE
In the exterior of the house we find a very complete equipment, a children's area, a barbecue and a large garden. In addition to about 300m. we have the community pool, a sports field and another children's area.
This rural house in the Solsonès located in an excellent region for all those who love nature and mountain sports. Hiking through the greenways, winter sports, cycling, among many other possibilities of active tourism.
It admits 2 pets, €8 per night and dog.
