Cottage near Barcelona, in the area of Berguerdà. Located in a farmhouse of s XVIII, completely renovated. The cottage is rented for up to 12 people.

The building has two floors. On the first floor of the house we will find the kitchen, a bathroom and a room suitable for the disabled.

The house has  5 rooms. They all convey warmth and cozy:

• 3 double rooms with double bed
• 1 single room.
It's has extra bed up to 12 people.

On the outside of the house we will find, like pool, outdoor barbecue and the garden area.

Located near Barcelona in the region of Berguedà, you will find many activities close to the cottage like bicycle routes or adventure sports (in Avià).
