Description
Large rural house in Girona located in Riudarenes, ideal to enjoy with family or friends. Old farmhouse completely restored and equipped. The capacity of the house is 14 people. It is a large independent rural house that is located in the countryside and surrounded by forests.
INSIDE
The house has two floors, the ground floor is private, the one for rent is the first floor of more than 300m2, which has two accesses through the dining room (100m2), one with a ramp and the other with a small staircase (5 steps) In addition the house has a large living room with a large table for all guests, two fireplaces in the center of the dining room, a television. The house has a large fully equipped kitchen, we find another community bathroom to avoid having to go to the rooms. It has 5 rooms with their own bathroom, and they are distributed in:

ABROAD
Outside the house we find a pool with sun beds and shower perfect to cool off in summer, in addition the house has a large garden where you can walk in peace. The region of La Selva is very well located, since a short distance from the house we can find the beaches of the Costa Brava and its magnificent fishing villages, or we can find the Natural Park of Montseny where we can make beautiful routes by bicycle or walking
