Description
Rural house in Terra Alta, located on the outskirts of the village of La Horta de Sant Joan. This farmhouse is ideal to spend a few days with family or friends. The maximum capacity of the house is 11 people.
INSIDE THE RURAL HOUSE
It is fully equipped to make you spend a very pleasant and comfortable stay. On the first floor we find a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, a living room of 85m2 with sofas, TV, stereo and fireplace. On the second floor of the house we find 2 full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms, distributed as follows:

- 2 Double Rooms
- 1 Triple Room
In addition the house has 2 extra beds and 1 baby cot.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RURAL HOUSE
In the garden of 2000m2 of grass we find a parking area for three cars, a barbecue, a children's area, a billiards and the pool with sunbeds for sunbathing. It also has a "relaxation area" with sauna, hydromassage cabin and a SPA (additional charge). In the region of Terra Alta we find all kinds of activities related to nature and active tourism, a few kilometers from the house we find the Natural Park of the Ports where we can perform many activities.
