Description
Cottage in la Selva, just outside the village of Riudellots de la Selva. It is a traditional Catalan farmhouse located in the countryside in an ideal area to unwind and relax. Perfect to enjoy with family and friends this rural farmhouse with capacity for 15 people.
INSIDE THE MASÍA
The farmhouse is on two floors with all amenities. On the ground floor there is a large hall, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with different tables for all guests, sofas, TV and fireplace, plus 1 bathroom with shower and 2 double bedrooms, one with own bathroom. On the top floor 1 bathroom in one of the 3 double rooms and 1 triple room.
OUTSIDE THE MASÍA
The house has 4ha. of land where we can find vineyards, olive orchard and a small farm with chickens. Besides the farmhouse it has a wonderful garden with large areas of natural grass with barbecue and ideal for summer pool. We also have private parking area for cars.
