Description
Cottage Garrotxa 1min to the village of Loix. It is a house ideal for nature and landscapes of this region. Highly recommended if one wants to spend some wonderful days with family and friends. It is located 19 km from Olot and about 25 minutes from Besalú. The capacity of the farm is 12 people, divided into two houses that have their own services, such as kitchen and bathrooms.
RURAL HOUSE
The main house has two floors very spacious and decorated to ensure a comfortable warmth restored the comforts of home today. It has a large kitchen, fully equipped with fireplace, a dining room with fireplace, both with TV, a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and all you need to clean the home, four cozy rooms for six people, and two bathrooms. The small house is conditioned with two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people, kitchen and bathroom with Japanese and homecinema.

OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE RURAL
The estate covers a hectare of forest and garden, a pair of covered porches and a barbecue was great, with everything you need for a good meal and furniture to enjoy the nice weather outside. The house is in a secluded estate just a minute walk from town. Its location makes it excellent for tranquility and wonderful views of one of the most beautiful valleys of the Garrotxa. It also has a small yard with a small garden and chickens for consumption by guests. A 10-minute drive are different bathing areas in the countryside, the gorges of the Valley Hormoier, Sadernes or Sant Aniol.
