Description
Rural house in Lleida, specifically in the Barony of Rialb. A small village located next to the Rialb Swamp. A place with fantastic views of the whole area and perfect to unwind and enjoy a few days with the family. From the house you can do many excursions in the area, as well as outdoor activities, especially water activities in the swamp.
It is a traditional house, with stone walls and a wooden structure, but it has been renovated and perfectly equipped for rural tourism. It has a maximum capacity of 10 people, two of whom would sleep in a convertible double bed.
Inside…
1 double room with double bed (first floor)
2 double rooms with single beds (one on the first floor and the other on the second floor)
All rooms have their own bed linen and wooden furniture. In the house there are three toilets, one on each floor. All three are perfectly equipped with towels and two with shower and one with bathtub.
It should be noted that on the second floor there is also a living room with two sofas which are converted into two double beds (4 places).
On the ground floor is where the meeting areas of the house are, the main one is an open space where we find the dining room, living room and kitchen. There is a TV, sofa, table with wooden chairs.
There is also a small shed with a ping pong table.
The kitchen is well equipped with appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, in addition to kitchen utensils and utensils.
The house has WIFI and heating.
Outside…
There is a barbecue area, garden, and a terrace where you can dine al fresco and enjoy the wonderful views of the Rialb Swamp.
