Description
Rural house in Lleida, which is located in one of the most beautiful places in Catalonia: Oliola (Lleida). It is approximately 7 km from the nearest municipality (Ponts). Being very close to the Segre River is a place where you can rest because, among other things, cars do not pass nearby.
The house is large, as it has up to 100 places, of which 10 are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Both adults and children can do all kinds of activities while they are there. In addition, they have a pool, table tennis table and sports court.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
It has two buildings that are totally independent. In the first we can find the dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and rooms on the upper floors. In the second, we can find rooms and halls distributed on different floors.
In addition, in this second building we also find a living room with a fireplace and multipurpose rooms. Both have shared bathrooms (with showers).
As for the rooms, we can find rooms for: 4, 6, 8, 12, 16 and 20 people.
In total the colonial house has 11 rooms.
It has heating, hot water, internet via Wi-Fi, DTT, etc. They also offer half-board and full-board accommodation.
OUTSIDE THE HOUSE
As we have already highlighted, they have places where you can do all kinds of activities. Its gardens and surroundings are very spacious and both children and adults can have fun. They have a pool for the summer, ping-pong tables and a sports court.
