Description
Rural house in Barcelona. This rural area is located in the center of the Montseny Natural Park. Montseny is a biosphere reserve that has been declared by UNESCO and has great natural wealth. It is located in the province of Barcelona and from the house we can see different landscapes: Tordera Valley, Montnegre Corridor and a large part of the Litoral mountain range.
In this reserve you can find a Catalan farmhouse that has 300 years of history and that has rural origin. Despite its more than 300 years of history, it is equipped with the latest amenities in order to please its guests.
The house has different floors and each and every one of its rooms is equipped with a private bathroom. In addition, it has a nice and cozy fireplace and a living room.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This farmhouse has a total of 19 beds and its own bathroom in each of the rooms. The rooms are distributed as follows:
• Turó Dels Ginebrons. Double room with bathroom.
• Els Castellets. Double room with bathroom.
• Turó de St Marçal. Double room with bathroom.
• Matagalls. Double room with bathroom.
• Les Agudes. Double room with bathroom.
• Turó de L’home. Family room (one double bed and bunk beds) with bathroom.
It is important to mention that the house can be rented exclusively or it can be rented by rooms. In addition, there is the possibility of hiring extra beds.
As we have previously highlighted, inside the house we can also find a dining room and a corner with a fireplace.
Among other amenities, it has a bar service and free internet via WIFI.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
From its garden and panoramic terrace you can see great landscapes such as: the Tordera Valley, the Montnegre Corridor and the Litoral mountain range. We can also do hiking trails and get to know the unique corners of the Montseny park.
Likewise, they offer the option of renting the exteriors for private parties, for celebrations and the possibility of cycling, hiking, etc.
