Description
Rural house in Barcelona. This accommodation is an authentic Catalan farmhouse from 1840 with a size of 980 square meters, so you can enjoy the architecture of the area. It is located in the “Can Trabal” urbanization and it is located in the town of Olèrdola.
Olèrdola is a municipality that belongs to the Upper Penedés region of the province of Barcelona. It is just a few kilometers from Barcelona city and the magnificent beaches of Sitges. You can also enjoy the Garraf natural park, since it is very close.
The location is ideal if you want to disconnect from the big city in the company of your family and / or friends, this house is especially designed for you. It has capacity for 24-26 people and has many outdoor spaces such as: swimming pool, hydromassage, chill-out area, etc.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This accommodation can accommodate between 24 and 26 adults and the interior rooms are divided as follows:
Living room. It has a fireplace, sofas for almost all guests and a television.
Dining room. The dining room has a table with chairs for 26 people.
Bathroom. The bathroom on the ground floor is completely renovated and has all
comfort.
Kitchen. How could it be otherwise, the kitchen is fully equipped,
It has: microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, toaster,
cutlery, kitchen towels, etc.
Cellar. You can enjoy wine pairings, wines and much more (under
charge).
Library. It has books and a sofa area where you can read comfortably.
Attic. On the upper floor of the house there is a games area where you can enjoy games such as: billiards, darts, Parcheesi, cards, etc.
Rooms. The rooms are distributed as follows:
or Classic Suite. It has a double bed with mosquito net and a bathroom
with hydromassage bath.
o Romantic room. It has a double bed and a bathroom
private in room.
o Rustic room. Like the previous one, it has a double bed and
of a private bathroom in the room.
o Rooms hydrangea, lily, magnolia and narcissus. They are
double rooms with double bed.
or Hibiscus room. It is a room with two single beds. o Bunk room. This room sleeps 10
people, it has four bunk beds and two single beds.
We can also enjoy the following amenities in the house: free WiFi, washing machine, fireplace, cleaning products, etc.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
The exteriors of the house are very spacious and they have around 4900 square meters and are fully equipped.
Among other things, we can find a terrace in the upper area that has approximately 120 square meters and in which all kinds of events can be held. In addition, from there we can also enjoy magnificent views of the Garraf mountains.
It also has a pool with a hydromassage area, the latter area is shallower and can be perfect for the little ones in the house. Near the pool we find a fully equipped chill-out area with beds and tables. This area also has a Jacuzzi with capacity for four people.
Another element of the exterior that stands out is the magnificent covered porch that has tables and chairs for up to 26 people.
