Description
Rural house in Barcelona. This farmhouse is located in the Montnegre-Corredor natural park, specifically, it is located in the center of the maritime Montnegre. This means that its landscapes are formed by hills and beautiful forests of holm oaks and cork oaks.
In addition, the beach is only 15-20 minutes away. To get to the house you can do it using the BV5111 road.
This accommodation is a traditional Catalan farmhouse that has been completely renovated with the aim of offering you the best comforts. You can rest in it while enjoying the wonderful landscapes offered by the natural park where it is located.
It is ideal for families as well as for companies or other types of groups. It has 15 beds distributed in seven double rooms. Outside you can find an area surrounded by fences that has a swimming pool and solarium. In addition, this outdoor area is also ideal for doing all kinds of outdoor activities and games.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
As we have mentioned, the farmhouse has 15 places, although these 15 places are distributed in two independent houses that communicate with each other. On the one hand, the farmhouse (small house) has 6 beds distributed in 3 rooms and, on the other hand, the farmhouse (large house) has 9 beds distributed in 4 bedrooms.
In total, both houses have:
1. 7 double rooms. In these seven rooms there are 13 beds distributed, which makes it an ideal house for up to 15 guests. The farmhouse has 6 single beds and the farmhouse has 5 single beds and two doubles.
2. Four bathrooms. These are full bathrooms as well as all kinds of services: bath, bidet, sink, shower and bath gels and soaps.
3. Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used by people staying in the house. It has: kettle, kitchenware, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, all kinds of kitchen utensils, toaster, etc. Both
houses have kitchens.
4. Dining room / lounge. In this space you can find a fireplace with sofas around it. It is an ideal space to watch TV while you relax. In addition, in this room you can also find a table with chairs so that you can eat in it.
It also has Wi-Fi internet, central heating, a clothesline, additional pillows and bedding, an area to work, mosquito nets in the bedroom, hangers, etc.
Another aspect to note is that they think about families. On request you can enjoy high chairs, cot, stories and toys for the little ones. Also, if you need it, they will offer you recommendations of people to take care of your children while you relax or go out to do an activity or excursion.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
The exteriors are magnificent. In addition, as they are fenced, you will not have to worry about the smallest of the house escaping. Outdoors we can find the following:
• Area to do activities. It is a great outdoor space for you to play and do activities. It is mostly covered by grass and can be ideal for yoga or meditation activities.
• Garden furniture. You will find chairs and a table for outdoors.
• Pool.
• Solarium area.
• Free parking.
In case you need it and on request you can enjoy bicycles to explore the exterior of the farm.
