Rural house in Barcelona. Specifically in the small town of Santa Maria de Merlès, in the Berguedà region. It is one of the best areas of Catalonia to enjoy rural tourism, with multiple options for excursions and activities during the days of your stay.
This house began to be built in 1905, as a traditional Catalan farmhouse dedicated to its lands, but it was succeeded by different owners who made it iconic in the area. It has a capacity for 15-23 people.

The house is distributed over three floors, on the ground floor we find the entrance to the house, and on the first floor we find:
- Dining room and kitchen perfectly equipped and supplied for large groups with everything you need
- Living room with sofas and TV, and living room with fireplace
- 3 double rooms with double bed and own bathroom
- 1 double room with double bed
- 1 double room with two beds
On the second floor there are:
- Living room with sofas and TV
- 4 double rooms with double bed and own bathroom
- 1 double room with two beds and own bathroom
- Apartment that can be rented separately with two bedrooms: one double and one double, with a private bathroom
Abroad...
The house has two covered rooms where events can be held. Also a barbecue area where you can enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors, next to the outdoor pool, with its relevant bathrooms and changing rooms. Also, in the extensive garden there are different sports areas such as tennis and fronton, petanque, ping-pong, horse boxes...
