Description
House in the Baix Empordà, located in the interior of the region. Fully equipped rural apartment to enjoy with family and friends a balmy days. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 8 persons.
The apartment is distributed on two floors plus an attic and a private garden. The decor is fully maintained by combining modern with rustic details.
In the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large living room with direct access to the garden. The first floor are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. And finally we find the attic, turned into a double room with solarium.

Outside the house there is a private patio with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining. We also have the communal pool and garden area to sunbathe and swim.
The Costa Brava is the ideal place for lovers of small maritime towns, water sports and the best beaches in the Baix Empordà area are just a few kilometers area. The villages of Pals, Peratallada, Begur, l'Escala are some of the most beautiful in the region.
