Rural house in Berguedà specifically in the municipality of Sagàs located in the middle of nature in the Pre-Pyrenees where peace and tranquility reigns, which makes it a perfect place to spend a few days of relaxation and disconnection. The house is completely renovated and adapted to rural tourism to perfection, respecting the original construction. It has a maximum capacity of 50 people.

INSIDE

Within the estate there are 3 rural houses, the Porxo, the Masoveria and the Mas, which have all the necessary services. The first of the houses has a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, sofas and TV, ideal for lounging by the fire. A large kitchen with fully equipped dining room. The whole house is on one ground floor, suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is also a games room with table tennis and billiards. The second house also has a large living room with fireplace, sofas, TV, and a dining room with large windows with sliding doors to enjoy the views at any time of year. It has a large open kitchen with fully equipped oak wood. At the entrance of the house we find a porch in front of the pool with spectacular views of the mountains. The third house has the most original details from 1546, and has two living rooms with sofas and TVs, one with a fireplace, a large professional kitchen and a large dining room. Between the two houses there are a total of 19 bedrooms and 20 full bathrooms.

OUTSIDE

The three houses are completely surrounded by nature, with a large garden and an oak forest for walking. It also has a football and volleyball court, a swimming pool and barbecue facilities for al fresco dining. The houses are located on top of a hill with spectacular views of the Pre-Pyrenees, especially at sunset. The location of the estate is ideal for discovering the region, as a few kilometers from the village we find the mountain routes and the city of Berga. The last 4.5 km of access to the house is by a forest track, it can be accessed with a car, as long as it is not a very low car

Mateus is an isolated estate that is not connected to the electrical grid. This is why we have photovoltaic solar panels for our electricity consumption as well as solar thermal pannels for heating the water. Mateus is committed to renewable energies and ecotourism. We constantly develop activities that help promote respect for the environment. We help bring this ecological attitude beyond the requirements of current environmental legislation, implementing preventive measures that contribute to the sustainable development of the environment. We are committed to responsible tourism that contributes to the sustainable development of society. We have a waste collection system and recycling containers to facilitate segregation. When we segregate properly we avoid disposing products that damage the environment.
