Description
Cottage in Baix Penedès, on the outskirts of the town of Bisbal del Penedès. It is a seventeenth-century farmhouse located in full vineyards of Penedès, the most important wine region of Catalonia, ideal for enjoying rural tourism and decorated while maintaining the characteristics of the original house. Perfect to enjoy with the family and friends of this wonderful area. The rural house has a capacity for 13 people.
INSIDE THE MASIA
It is distributed in different floors that preserve the style and identity of the farmhouse, where we find all the necessary services to feel at home. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with central table, two lounges with sofas, TV and fireplace, games room with billiards, a large room with privileged views. The rural house has a total of 6 rooms (some with bathroom) and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor we find a room with bathroom adapted for people with mobility problems. It also has a spa area with jacuzzi and sauna perfect for relaxing.

ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE MASIA
Next to the rural house we find a large garden ideal for children, a terrace, a barbecue area with tables and benches with pleasant views and a large pool and solarium area ideal for cooling off and sunbathing during the summer months, to the smallest there is a playground. We will also enjoy the incredible views of the vineyards or we can enjoy the beaches of the Costa Daurada.
