Description
Rural house in Barcelona. The farm has a total of 350 square meters, of which 240 are interior spaces. The interior spaces are inside a traditional 19th century farmhouse. You can enjoy the architecture of the farmhouse without giving up the best comforts and relaxation spaces.
The farm is located in the town of Olèrdola and this, in turn, is located in the Alto Penedés region. This means that it is very close to the well-known town of Villafranca del Penedès, the city of Barcelona, the beaches of Sitges and the Garraf natural park.
The interior of the house has a capacity for 10 people and outside we can find a swimming pool, barbecue area, chill-out area, etc.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This accommodation has capacity for 10 people and the interior rooms are divided as follows:
Living room and kitchen. It is located on the ground floor. The living room has a table for 8 people and the kitchen is fully equipped. In addition, the living room has two spaces. On the one hand, an area of sofas and, on the other hand, an area to watch television.
Living-dining room. On the upper floor we can also find a dining room with a rustic air and with a capacity of 50 square meters. In it they can eat up to 18 people, listen to music (it has a music system) or carry out other types of activities.
Bathrooms. It has a bathroom on the ground floor and another on the upper floor. Both are fully equipped.
Rooms. The rooms are distributed as follows: 4 double rooms with a double bed and a single room with two beds (bunk beds).
It has the following amenities: free WiFi, kitchenware, stereo, etc.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
The outdoor space has a total of 110 square meters. In it we can find a garden area, swimming pool, barbecue area, etc. Also, on the terrace of the upper level we can enjoy views of the Garraf park.
