Description
Rural house in Lleida, specifically in the village of Olius, in the Solsonès region. Located just 3 km from Solsona, 30 from Port del Compte, and with endless possibilities for excursions and visiting the attractions of this part of the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees.
It is an old barn of a typical Catalan farmhouse, with wide stone walls, rustic decoration that gives it a special warmth and an attraction for all those people who are looking to spend a few days away from the city and the noise.
Inside…
The house has:
- 3 double bedrooms with double bed
- 1 room with 4 single beds
In addition, the house has two extra beds. All rooms in the house have bed linen, towels, furniture and a TV. There is also a fully equipped toilet for each room with soap, hair dryer, and shower.
As for common areas, the house has a living room with fireplace, TV, sofas, DVD, and a table where the whole group can meet to plan excursions or eat together.
The kitchen is also fully equipped with kitchen utensils, utensils, some staple foods, and appliances that make your stay more comfortable such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, and two coffee makers: a dolce gusto and a krupps.
This rural accommodation has WIFI and heating throughout the house.
