Description
Rural house in Barcelona. Specifically in Castellar del Riu, a small town in Berguedà located 10 minutes from Berga, in the heart of the Serra de Queralt. It is located in a fantastic setting, at an altitude of 1,300m surrounded by nature where multiple activities can be carried out, from excursions along the marked trails to adventure sports in the area.
It is a very well finished house, with an aesthetic reminiscent of the Alps, where wood predominates. It is located in a farm of 3 hectares of nature, so the feeling of being isolated from noise and stress becomes evident. It has a maximum capacity of 13 people.

The house is distributed in:
- 1 quadruple room with 4 single beds
- 1 triple room with a double bed and 1 single bed
- 1 double room with matrimonial bed
- 1 quadruple room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds
All of them are perfectly equipped with their own wooden furniture following the same style of the whole house, and their corresponding bedding.
Each room also has its own bathroom, fully stocked, with utensils, shower or bathtub, bathroom utensils...
As for the common areas, they all follow the same modern line and where the predominant material is wood.
Also one of the most notable points is that it is an accommodation with a lot of natural light, both in the living room and in the rooms there are large windows that provide light and magnificent mountain views.
In the living room we find a sofa area next to the television, and behind it a long wooden table with capacity for the whole group.
Next to this space is the kitchen, with some appliances, kitchenware, and all kinds of utensils so that nothing is missing in the room.
This house has Wi-Fi, heating, and a terrace with views, where you can have a coffee or just sunbathe.
