Description
Rural house in the Baix Empordà, in the village of Sant Antoni de Calonge. Rural apartment located a few kilometers from the best beaches of the Costa Brava, fully equipped and decorated while maintaining the characteristics of the original house. Ideal to enjoy wonderful days with family and friends. The maximum capacity of the rural house is 8 people.
INSIDE
It has two floors: on the ground floor we find a living room with dining room and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, hob, gas oven and washing machine. In the first we find the rooms. It has two doubles with single beds and two with double beds. It has 2 bathrooms in total in the apartment, one with a shower on the ground floor and another complete with a bathtub on the first floor. It is decorated with antique furniture and an elegant rural touch.

ABROAD
Outside we find a playground, a solarium with sun loungers and a magnificent shared pool where you can cool off on hot summer days. You can also enjoy a fabulous barbecue in the surroundings of the house, equipped with garden furniture.There are also activities for the more sporty people such as bike rides through the Tinar basin, land surrounded by vineyards, irrigation, wild trees and streams They cross it.
