Description
Cottage located in the middle of Valldarques mountains. It belongs to the municipality of Coll de Nargó, Alt Urgell in the province of Lleida. The whole house is rented.
The house consists of two floors plus a large porch of 50m2 with disabled facilities from which you can enjoy magnificent views across the valley. The access to the house is well paved.
On the ground floor there is a spacious livingroom with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 double rooms with private bathroom each. The first floor has enabled a comfortable living room with TV and stereo from which you can access an outside terrace. There is also another double bedroom and a last bathroom.
The outside of the house is surrounded by a relaxing area of green grass that reaches the forest edge. In it, we find a cozy swimming pool to cool on hot summer days.
Ongoing activities in the area are several. From hiking, biking, practicing ski, golf, visiting Andorra, visiting the abundant Romanesque buildings in the area or visiting the sites of dinosaurs at Coll de Nargó, among others.
