Description
Charming cottage located in the valley of the mountains of Valldarques, in the town of Coll de Nargó, county of Alt Urgell, province of Lleida. The house is full rented.
The house has a stone facade and wooden interiors, which it transfers a rustic estil and harmony with nature. It has two floors equipped with all necessary furniture.
On the ground floor we find 3 double rooms with private bathroom. On the first floor are enabled a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV and stereo, a fully equipped kitchen, a last room, also with bathroom and a cozy covered terrace which allows spectacular views across stone arches of all the Pyrenees with furniture to organize cookouts.
Outside, around the house, there is a spacious green area which at once is surrounded by forest. Just out in the house even paved area, we found a pool lookout that offers superb views across the valley.
As for the activities to do in the area, you can go hiking, biking, 4x4, practice ski, adventure sports, or visit nearby villages with buildings of Romanesque appearance, much like visiting Andorra, among others. Eight minute walk away is the river Valldarques with natural pools of water. Ideal for swimming.
