Description
Cottage in the Baix Empordà in the village of Marenya. Modern equipped cottage ideal place to enjoy with family and friends wonderful days Empordanès shoreline. The maximum capacity of the house is 11 people.
The house is distributed on three floors in which we find all kinds of services to make us spend a wonderful stay. It is deocrada with modern and rustic furniture creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The first floor of the house is made up of 2 double rooms with double bed, flat screen TV and bathroom (one with bath), 1 Double room for children with bunk bed and 1 triple room with a double bed, a single bed and bathroom own. The first floor just a chill-out area with an open roof to the third floor, ideal for reading a good book.
On the second floor there are 1 double room with twin beds, 1 bathroom, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with flat screen TV, a large sofa, armchairs and fireplace. We also have a balcony overlooking the village.
Finally we find the third floor where we have an open area with large windows where we find a foosball table, a stereo, a large sofa and bar create a spectacular chill-out area to relax. Not to mention the spectacular terrace with the best views in the area, ideal for watching sunsets.
In addition to the outside of the house there is a pool with deck chairs, a table, a barbecue and a fully equipped kitchenette to enjoy lunch and dinner in this privileged environment.
The Costa Brava is the ideal place for lovers of small maritime towns, water sports and the best beaches in the Baix Empordà area are just a few kilometers area. The villages of Pals, Peratallada, Begur, l'Escala are some of the most beautiful in the region.

All expenses, cleaning, security deposit and tourist tax is paid at the time of handing over the keys. Everything beforehand.
