Cottage in the Alt Penedès in the town of Gelida. XV century farmhouse completely rehabilitated at the foot of Gelida Castle. It is fully equipped to enjoy pleasant days with family and friends. The farmhouse is distributed over two floors plus a loft. A current decoration that respects the traditional elements (stone walls, arches ...) creates a very cozy atmosphere and makes us feel at home. It has all kinds of services both inside and outside (free wi-fi, air conditioning, heating, cot, baby bath, changing table, high chair, bedding -also for the crib-, towels). The maximum capacity of the rural house is 15 people.

INSIDE

On the ground floor of the rural farmhouse we find the living room with TV, sofas, an extendable table, a fireplace and a fantastic porch with mosquito nets and direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor we have a fully equipped kitchen and one of the double rooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. On the first floor we find two more double rooms (one of them with a "King Size" bed, as well as a room for 6 people with two bunk beds and two single beds. Also on the first floor there is a shared full bathroom. Finally, in The loft is the suite, which has a double bed, an extra bed, a full bathroom and fantastic views of the Gelida Castle and the regions of Alt Penedès and the Anoia, framed by the mountains of Montserrat. house has 3 full bathrooms and 5 rooms of the house that are distributed in:

- 3 Double Rooms.

- 1 Triple Suite Room with full bathroom and TV.

- 1 Room with capacity for 6 people, 2 Bunk beds and 2 Single beds.

ABROAD

The outside of the house is fully equipped to enjoy and have a good time outdoors. We have a large garden, a parking area for 3/4 cars, a children's play area with a slide, a sandpit, a wooden house and a trampoline. The outdoor furniture is new, and allows us to enjoy the views of Gelida Castle while we eat or have dinner in the garden, which also has a barbecue and a swimming pool ideal for the summer months. The rural house is located in a very quiet environment, and is perfect to disconnect a few days next to ours. In addition, the Alt Penedès region offers many activities that range from gastronomic routes, pairing, wine tasting, cultural visits to important wineries, cycling routes, hiking and a lot of other activities. A must visit to Gelida Castle, dating from the 10th century and where guided tours are offered.
