Description
Rural house in the Berguedà located in the village of Serrateix. Old country house totally reformed to spend a pleasant days with the family or with friends. A very careful decoration that combines the rural with the modern creating a very pleasant and warm atmosphere. The maximum capacity of the rural house is 4 people.
INSIDE
The rural house is distributed in two floors in which we find all the necessary services. On the ground floor we find a large living room with TV and sofas, a dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 1 bedroom with bathroom included. The first floor has a small living room, 1 bedroom with bathroom and shower.

ABROAD
The rural house has a large garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing and spend pleasant moments surrounded by nature, perfect for the summer months. In addition we find a water area with jacuzzi, Turkish baths, sauna, showers and a heated swimming pool. We also find a games room with table tennis and table football and a tennis and basketball court.
Spa services (Jacuzzi, Turkish Baths and Sauna) are not included in the price. The heated pool is included in the price.
