Description
Rural house in the Alt Empordà, specifically in the municipality of Albanyà, a quiet town. In this rural house of the s. XVII, where peace and tranquility reigns a few kilometers from the nature of Alta Garrotxa, which makes it a perfect rural house to spend a few days of relaxation. From the same rural house we can make excursions to discover the landscapes of the area. The rural house has a maximum capacity for 19 people.
INSIDE
This rural house has been completely renovated inside and adapted to rural tourism to perfection, respecting the original construction. It has different floors in which we find all kinds of amenities. The rural house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, board games ideal for resting by the fire and a very spacious dining room. The spaces are spacious and bright, with high vaulted ceilings. at your disposal the fabulous terrace with panoramic views and the spacious living room on the first floor. We have a total of 4 rooms and 3 complete bathrooms (one of the bathrooms belongs to one of the rooms).

You must take into account, but that the owners live in another area of the same house, so that, even if you enjoy total privacy and independence, you will not be renting an independent house.
ABROAD
The rural house has a garden with a pool of natural water perfect to cool off during the summer months. The house also has an orchard where seasonal products are collected and a small farm with chickens, chicks and ducks. It also has stone porches, also vaulted, creating a cozy terrace open to the era, with wooden tables and chairs, and a barbecue with firewood always available, perfect for outdoor meals.
The owners have three puppies and several cats, all very tame.
