Description
Rural house in the Berguedà, located between Puig-reig and Casserres 90km from Barcelona. A rural farmhouse completely renovated and equipped to enjoy some great days with family and friends of the landscape of this region. It is located under the mountains of the pre-Pyrenees ideal for nature lovers. The capacity of the rural house with capacity for 20 people.
INSIDE THE RURAL HOUSE
The house is distributed in different floors where we find all kinds of services to feel at home. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room with sofas, TV and fireplace, and the heated pool with whirlpool, waterfall and air bubbles. On the first floor the fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room with fireplace and sofas and TV. Finally we find the loft with a small living room with sofas. It has 8 warm and cozy rooms, 1 toilet and 4 full bathrooms distributed in:

ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE RURAL HOUSE
It has a large garden with parking area for cars, swings for children, basket of basketball, a table football, a terrace to eat and enjoy the good weather, and a pool with sun loungers ideal for the summer months. Outside porch with a large dining room, barbecue and paellera closed with glass. We will enjoy the great tranquility that surrounds us and the incredible views that Berguedà gives us.
