Description
Rural house in Gironès, in the village of Sant Jordi Desvalls. Traditional rural house completely restored and decorated maintaining the rustic characteristics of the original house, perfect to enjoy some wonderful days with family and friends. Located a few kilometers from the best beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. The maximum capacity of the rural house is 16 people.
INSIDE
The house is distributed in three large floors where we find all kinds of services to enjoy the stay. On the ground floor we find a large kitchen with all kinds of utensils, and a large fireplace, a dining room with a table for all guests and a small living room with access to a small interior patio. On the first and second floor we find the bedrooms and the bathrooms, and on the upper floor we find a spacious living room with a pool table and a terrace perfect for sunbathing and watching the sunsets. The rural house has a total of 6 rooms and 3 complete bathrooms.

ABROAD
Next to the rural house we find a large covered porch with tables and sofas, a terrace on the first floor, a playground for the little ones, a barbecue area with tables and benches, a large garden with nice views and a pool and an area ideal solarium to cool off and sunbathe during the summer months. In addition, the rural house is located a few kilometers from the best beaches of the Costa Brava.
