Cottage in the Alt Empordà specifically on the outskirts of Capmany, a quiet village. Ideal to enjoy wonderful days with family or friends. In this rural house, peace and tranquility reigns 25 kilometers from the nature of the Costa Brava, which makes it a perfect rural house to spend a few relaxing days. The rural house has a maximum capacity for 6 people.
INSIDE
This rural house has been completely renovated inside and adapting it to rural tourism perfectly, respecting the original construction. It has three floors in which we find all kinds of amenities. The rural house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofas, TV and fireplace, ideal for resting, and also has, on the ground floor, a living room that is all stone perfect as a meeting space with a touch unique rustic. We have a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 toilet.

Outside the house you will find all kinds of leisure activities to do, among which we find a chill-out porch area ideal for summer evenings, a barbecue and a small pool that undoubtedly is the most grateful for customers in summer time (from May to October). The location of the rural house is ideal for discovering the region, since a few kilometers from the town we find the best beaches and coves on the Costa Brava, and the villages in the area are perfect for walking.
