Description

Rural house in Girona, specifically in Regencós, a small village in the Empordà located next to Begur, on the Costa Brava. It is located in an ideal area to unwind, both in winter and in summer, as not being in the middle of the coast where all the tourism accumulates you can enjoy the quietest and most privileged Costa Brava.

From the house you can do a large number of activities and excursions in the surroundings, such as walking the Camins de Ronda, discovering new beaches and hidden coves of the Costa Brava, discover the medieval villages of the Empordà, or visit the golf courses closer.

The house is a typical Catalan farmhouse dating from the seventeenth century, has been completely renovated maintaining the rural essence as for example the thick walls that serve as insulation throughout the year, but has been equipped for rural tourism with all kinds of services and amenities. It has a maximum capacity of 16 people.

Inside…

The bedrooms are distributed in:

- 7 large suite bedrooms with a sink in each of them

- In total in the house there are 16 single beds that some can be converted into doubles on request.

All rooms are equipped with their own bed linen as well as furniture in each of them. The toilets in the rooms are also fully equipped with bathroom utensils and towels for all guests.

This house also has a cot (crib sheets must be brought).

As for the common areas of the house, it has two main living rooms, both very well equipped, with television, fireplace, furniture and respecting the rustic decoration that characterizes the house.

In the house there is one large dining room, some of which are used more depending on the time of year, and the house has a games room with billiards, where you can have a good time with friends or family.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of utensils, utensils and appliances that will make your stay much more comfortable when preparing meals for the whole group.

This accommodation has WIFI and central heating.

Outside…

The farmhouse has a large private estate overlooking the Gavarres and in the background the Pyrenees. This space has different areas such as a porch with outdoor furniture and barbecue, ideal for an outdoor dining in summer.

There is also the outdoor pool. A space with an ecological garden and chicken coop, for the little ones to learn about rural life. And a space with other services such as a sauna or a table football area.

It also has a covered car park for up to 7 cars.
