Description
This rural house is located in Valls (Tarragona province). Valls is a place with a great historical enclave so you can visit different historical monuments. In fact, the rural house was built in 1610. Something that we love is that the house is located on a large 12-hectare plot called “Bosc Nou” and just 30 km from Tarragona capital.
Although the house dates from 1610, the truth is that they have been accommodating it with the aim of always offering the greatest number of comforts to guests. You can visit the house whatever time of year it is.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The farmhouse has between 4 and 7 places and the full rental of the house is offered. Although the complex has a total of 3 identical and fully equipped buildings, currently only the 7-space building is offered to rent.
In the house there are two bedrooms with three single beds and an additional bed.
It has a living room that is also a dining room and has a fireplace, a kitchen equipped with a microwave and crockery, a fully equipped bathroom, double rooms with bedding, etc.
It is remarkable that it makes available to its guests: towels, sheets, cleaning utensils, kitchen utensils, books and many other items.
If you go in winter you will not have to worry about the cold because it has a wood burning fireplace and central heating to heat the entire accommodation.
Likewise, it also has a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, television, stereo, DVD and library and animals can be introduced.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
As we have mentioned, the house is located on a 12-hectare farm so its gardens are very spacious and can be enjoyed by young and old. It also has a swimming pool, barbecue and terrace furniture.
