Description
Rural house in Barcelona. This rural house is located in one of the best known regions in all of Catalonia: Alto Penedés. It borders the regions of Garraf, Bajo Penedés, Bajo Llobregat and Anoia, among others. So we could say that it is located in a key place.
In this environment you can completely disconnect from the big city and you can regain all your strength to return with more energy. In addition, you can also reconnect with yourself, find inner peace and tranquility thanks to the great landscapes and the nature of its surroundings. You will be able to connect with your mind, with your body and with your spirit.
This place is characterized by having a multifunctional Hall of 90 square meters, a place to practice Yoga of 85 square meters, Chill Areas, a salt water pool and a place to play petanque.
Also, you can practice Yoga and Meditation with the best instructors.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This farmhouse has a total of 11 bedrooms and 22 beds divided as follows (although these beds can be extended with extra beds or sofa beds):
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 large double bed.
• 8 bedrooms with a large double bed.
• 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed and a large double bed.
It has 12 fully equipped bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.
It also has an equipped gym and can be a perfect place for business meetings.
It has the following amenities: free WiFi, iron, balcony, coat racks, clotheslines, high chairs, cleaning products, electric kettle, streaming service (Netflix), air purifiers and much more.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
The farmhouse is distinguished by having the following outdoor spaces:
• Multifunctional Hall. It has an area of 90 square meters and is ideal
to hold meetings, coaching sessions, Yoga sessions, etc. Is equipped
with air conditioning, natural elements and furniture.
• Place to practice Yoga. With an area of 85 square meters it is
ideal for aligning the body and mind.
• Chill area. The farmhouse has different Chill areas from which you can
enjoy while you're in it.
• Salt water heated pool. From the pool you can see the valley of
Mediona and the Montserrat. It is 16 meters long and has a corner of
SPA so you can relax while enjoying the views.
• Place to play petanque. You will be able to enjoy petanque sessions.
In addition, it is also at your disposal: catering, wine and water tastings, yoga sessions with an instructor, fitness sessions, massage therapy and magic shows.
