Description
The apartment is located on a farm that has 80 hectares of land and that
since 2018 it is part of the rural tourism of the area. It is only 600 meters away
from the municipality of Terrades, located in the Alto Ampurdán region
(Girona).
On the farm we can find this and three other fully equipped apartments that
they can be rented individually or in their entirety.
In addition, the exterior has
a farm where you can enjoy all kinds of animals: sheep, chickens,
rabbits, turkeys, cows, etc.
Outside we can also enjoy a pool, barbecues, bicycles and much
more, totally free. Something that both children and young people love
Adults.

INSIDE THE HOUSE
The apartment has 75 square meters and capacity for 4 or 5 people.
It has two double bedrooms. On one side, one with a large double bed
and, on the other hand, one with two single beds.
In addition, we can find a large dining room with television, air
conditioning, heating, kitchen, kitchen equipment and kit, cleaning kit,
large terrace, Wifi, sheets and towels, etc.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
If something stands out is on the outside. We find different common spaces
located outside the apartment: swimming pool, barbecues, porch, chill-out area,
playground, area to play basketball or other sports, pond with
swans and much more.
In addition, it has a beautiful cow farm, a corral with sheep and other
small animals such as; ducks, rabbits, swans, turkeys,
chickens, etc.
