Description
Rural house in Berguedà. This farmhouse, built in 1659, is located in Berguedá, a region of the province of Barcelona. It is located 100 km from Barcelona city and 15 minutes from the municipality of Berga. The latter is famous for its old town.
The farm has more than 10,000 square meters of which you can enjoy nature. In addition, the access is paved, so you can get there by car easily.
If it is characterized in something, it is that it is isolated and totally separated from the urban nucleus. This makes it an ideal place to rest and to disconnect from day to day. You will achieve great tranquility while enjoying nature and the surrounding landscapes.
It is equipped with 5 bedrooms and the total capacity is 16 people. It also has a swimming pool and barbecue outside and a fireplace inside.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The capacity of the house is 16 people and has 200 square meters divided into two floors:
1. First floor:
to. Shared bathroom equipped.
b. Kitchen with a large dining room.
c. Living room with television, fireplace, sofas, etc.
2. Second floor:
to. 5 rooms. In the rooms we can find 3 double beds and
10 single beds.

It has the following amenities: electric oven, dishwasher, kitchenware, coffee maker, mixer, firewood and charcoal, Wifi, cribs and high chairs, multimedia player, extendable tables, books, etc.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
Near this farmhouse you will find a smaller one, located on the same farm and with capacity for 6 people.
Outside the house there is an 8 x 4 meter pool, a porch overlooking the garden that has furniture and audio equipment, barbecue and eating area, etc.
