Description
Rural house in Lleida. This site is located in Donzell d'Urgell, a municipality in the province of Lleida. It is ideal if you like the rural world, since they take care of every last detail in order to always offer the best experience to all guests.
The accommodation has 470 square meters where you can have fun and relax up to a maximum of 15 people (12 in normal beds and 3 in extra beds). The house has a lot of history since its walls are approximately 7 centuries old.
You can enjoy many amenities: swimming pool, fireplace, TV, garden, etc. So it is a good option for both winter and summer.
You can also do all kinds of activities near the farm, such as: weighing, canyoning, cycling, mushroom picking, gastronomic routes, horseback riding, wine tasting and much more.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
As we have mentioned, the house has a capacity of 14 people and the rooms are divided as follows:
• 2 rooms. You can find a fireplace, sofas and a flat screen TV. In addition, it also has a large table with chairs where you can eat in one of its rooms.
• Game room. In this game room there is a large pool table and games for children.
• Reading room. It has comfortable chairs for you to relax while reading your favorite works.
• Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kitchenware, etc.
• 6 bedrooms. In them we find 5 double beds and two single beds. In addition, there is the possibility of adding three more places with extra beds.
• 3 bathrooms. All of them are fully equipped. One of them has a hydromassage bathtub.
It also has the following amenities: internet, games for children, fireplace, heating, equipped kitchen and much more.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
Outside we can find a large 10 x 5 pool equipped with sun loungers so you can relax. Access to the pool is simple since you will find a wide staircase so that you can access the pool safely.
The gardens are also something in which this rural house stands out, you can enjoy them and all the vegetation that is planted. It also has a large area with barbecue, equipped porch and SPA for 5 people.
Near the house you will also find the possibility of practicing all kinds of water activities (rafting, canyoning, kayaks) and land (hunting, BBT, climbing, trekking, hiking, golf, horse riding).
