Description
Rural house in Barcelona. It is very close to both Barcelona city and the famous beaches of Sitges.
It has capacity for 9 people, with the possibility of adding extra beds to make a total of 11 places. You will be able to enjoy the stay with both family and friends.
You can get to the house by car (it has good access from the AP-7 motorway), plane (Barcelona airport is 30 km away) and by train (Villafranca de Penedès station is only 10 km away).
The exteriors of this 450-square-meter house are spectacular, with a swimming pool, Chill out area, barbecue and many other amenities.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The chalet has capacity for 9 or 11 people and the rooms are distributed as follows:
Kitchen-dining room-living room. It is an open space where we can cook, sit on the sofa or sit down to enjoy a magnificent meal in the dining room area (with capacity for 14 people).
Rooms. The rooms are distributed as follows:
to. Master suite. Located in the upper area it has a private bathroom with
jacuzzi, dressing room and a nice terrace.
b. Double room. It has a double bed.
c. Double room. Like the previous one, it has a double bed.
d. Single room. In this we can find a room with
three beds.
and. Bathroom. On the ground floor we can find a bathroom totally
equipped.
It has the following amenities: WiFi, washing machine, fireplace, cleaning products, kitchen towels, etc.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
The exteriors of the house are also very spacious and we can find a beautiful and large pool, terraces and chill out areas. The latter are fully equipped with sofas and beds.
