Description
Rural house in La Garrotxa, specifically in the Alta Garrotxa area, in the municipality of Sales de Llierca, a small town in the province of Girona, isolated, in direct contact with nature and the mountains. Where the house is located you can do countless excursions and routes.
It should be noted that it is a self-sufficient rural house, the electricity comes from its own solar panels, which in the same way serve to heat the water in the house, which comes from rain and natural sources. It also has biomass heating!
It is a traditional 10th century stone house, an old mountain refuge, which has been renovated and adapted to be a great rural accommodation. It has a very cozy decoration, with elements of wood and stone. This apartment is very well equipped with all kinds of services and utensils.

It is structured on two floors, on the upper floor we find the following bedrooms:
1 double room with double bed
1 double room with two beds together
1 single room
All rooms have their corresponding bedding, as well as furniture where you can leave your luggage. It also has a fully equipped bathroom with toiletries, towels, and a shower tray.
On the ground floor are the common areas of the house, with a large stone-walled dining room with sofas, a fireplace, and all kinds of amenities.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, utensils, and appliances that will make the stay more comfortable. There is also a wooden table as a dining room where the whole group can meet.
It has a cot on request, and a washing machine (shared with the other accommodation in the complex).

The exterior space of this house is practically the mountain, but it does have a garden area and a parking lot where you can leave your cars.
To access the house there is a 12km track arranged, where all vehicles can access with caution.
