Description
Rural house in Lleida. This house is located in the town of Sant Martí de Riucorb, Lleida province and Urgell region. We love it because it is an old flour mill, specifically it is from the 16th century. This mill has been restored and conditioned so that today it can be a beautiful rural house.
It is important to note that it has a total of 8 seats. Inside, as we will see later, there are all kinds of rooms that are divided into three floors. So we could say that it is very spacious. In addition, it also has a large outdoor area where you can enjoy all kinds of amenities: swimming pool, garden, barbecue area, fully equipped kitchen with exterior views and much more.
All these characteristics make it ideal for families with children, groups of friends, work groups, etc. It is also a great option if you want to do wine tourism or oleotourism, since the owners of the house think of everything and make tour packages for lovers of good wine and olive oil. Both products are well known in the area.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The house, as we have already mentioned, has a capacity for 8 people. These places are divided into three double bedrooms. Next, we are going to comment on what rooms we can find on each floor:
1. Ground floor. This is the outer zone. We will talk about it in the section “outside the house”. Through it you can access the house thanks to its two doors. Through one of the doors you can reach an interior rest area where a sofa and a pool table are located. On the other, you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
2. First floor. You can go up to the first floor thanks to the stairs that you will find in the interior rest area on the ground floor. In this we find the three double bedrooms. These rooms are totally exterior and have two extra beds. Likewise, there are also two fully equipped bathrooms (with bathtub) and a terrace.
3. Second floor. It is a space where you can find the kitchen. It is fully equipped with: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, sink, Pereruela oven, also known as a wood oven. On this floor is the dining room. In it you can find a nice fireplace, television, sofas, a table with chairs, etc.
It is important to note that both the kitchen and the interior bathrooms are fully equipped. In addition, it also includes bedding and towels, kitchen staples (oil, salt, sugar, etc.), wine cellar, etc.
In summary, in total it has 6-8 beds distributed in three double rooms, two equipped kitchens and three bathrooms.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
As we have mentioned, it is a house with spacious and magnificent exteriors. Some of the outdoor amenities that we can find in the house are:

- 5 hectares of vineyards.
In addition, in this house they bet on wine tourism and oleotourism. Therefore, you can request a visit to the wine cellar or the traditional oil mill. These activities are services on request.
