Rural house in Barcelona. If you like to be close to the big city this is one of the best options. This farmhouse is located just 35 kilometers from the city of Barcelona. Of course, being close to the city does not detract from its charm, since the town where it is located, Riells del Fai, is known for its beautiful red cliffs.

The building is from the 13th century, but it has many modern comforts that will allow you to enjoy nature without having to give up the latest technologies. It has internet access, television, etc.

In total it has a capacity of 12 people who, as we will comment later, are divided into different floors. Likewise, it also has a beautiful outdoor area where you can find a pool that can be heated (on request), a solarium area and a hermitage.

The latter makes it ideal for holding different types of events. In addition, it also has an outdoor kitchen, barbecue area and an outdoor lounge.

In the same way, it is necessary to mention that it has a covered garage so that you can park your car with total peace of mind. You will not have to worry about access to the farm either, since it is fully paved.

It is ideal if you want to hold celebrations, if you want to visit the beaches of the Mediterranean or if you want to know the culture and architecture of its surroundings. It is located near the Monastery of San Miquel del Fai, La Roca Village (shopping area), the well-known Circuit of Catalonia and different golf courses. It is also ideal if you like rural tourism.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

The house, as we have already mentioned, can accommodate a total of 12 people. These places are divided into different bedrooms. Next, we will comment point by point the most important rooms in the house:

1. Bedrooms. It is important to note that there is the possibility of requesting a crib if necessary. The 12 places are divided as follows:

a. Main bedroom. It is a bedroom with a double bed. It is special, as it has a nice terrace.

b. Double rooms. It also has two double rooms with a double bed.

c. Double rooms. We also find three double rooms with a single bed.

2. Kitchen. The main kitchen has a large table and a nice marble worktop. It is fully equipped and has four burners.

3. Office or reading room. Ideal for those who need to telecommute while staying at home.

4. Living room. It is a large dining room with a table, chairs and different sofas.

5. Multipurpose room. Ideal for events or group meetings. It's independent.

6. Bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and, on the first floor, we find two fully equipped and complete bathrooms.

7. Hall. The hall is located just after the entrance door, it is very large and cozy.

It should also be noted that it has a terrace, fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, television, heating and a room for holding events. It also has internet access.

In summary, it is a fully equipped farmhouse that has 12 beds divided into 6 bedrooms, in which you can find 9 beds.

ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE

The house, among other things, stands out for its beautiful outdoor areas. We can find the following:

- Pool. The pool is large (5 x 10 meters) and there is the option of heating it in the winter months.
