Description
Rural house in Berguedà, specifically in the town of Gironella, located just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Barcelona. El Berguedà is one of the best regions for the practice of rural tourism, with many activities to do, towns to visit, and places to get lost.
This house is surrounded by nature, and has a large outdoor space, which is perfect to go with children. The house is structured in two buildings, which are joined and has a capacity to accommodate up to 12 people.

The house is structured on two floors, and the rooms are distributed as follows:
- 1 double bedroom on the main floor
- 2 double bedrooms on the lower floor
- 1 quadruple room with bunk beds on the lower floor
- 1 double room with bunk beds on the lower floor
All rooms have wooden furniture and the corresponding bedding, as well as bath towels (pool towels are not included). In the house there are a total of three bathrooms, two on the lower floor, and one on the main floor. All are renovated and have a modern shower tray.
On the main floor is where we find the main rooms where there is a spacious living room with beautiful views of the town of Gironella, and equipped with sofas, television, and a modern fireplace. There is also a large table where you can meet to eat or plan future excursions.
The kitchen of the house has everything, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, blender, toaster ... In addition to kitchen utensils and basic items.
In this rural house there is also a hobby room. It should be noted that it has central heating with energy efficiency, it has a centralized boiler with pellets. It also has WIFI.
Abroad…
There is a large lawned area, with an outdoor pool, and a built-in barbecue. Ideal to enjoy a meal outdoors with family or friends.
