Description
This farmhouse is located in the center of the Empordà, in particular, it is in the town of Ordis. Ordis, in turn, is very close to the city of Girona and very close to some of the most spectacular beaches on the famous Costa Brava. It is an ideal village to rest and get a maximum state of relaxation, as it is in the middle of nature.
Despite being completely renovated and having the latest amenities and novelties as far as rest is concerned, the building is a construction of the seventeenth century. Its antiquity can be seen, especially on the facade of the building.
In terms of capacity, it can accommodate up to a total of 19 people. This makes it ideal for people who like to travel with family or a group of friends. It can also be a good choice for groups looking for a spiritual retreat or holding business meetings in the great outdoors.
As we will see in the following sections, it has all kinds of amenities: heating, swimming pool, private parking, fireplace, internet, barbecue, cot for the little ones in the house, etc.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
Inside the farmhouse the rooms are divided as follows:
1. Receiver. As you enter through the door you will find this traditional, but at the same time modern hall. It has a small toilet, a table football and internet connection.
2. Living room. It is on the ground floor and is ideal for relaxing. In this living room we find a TV, fireplace, internet connection and heating. In addition, it also has a large sofa, several chairs and a coffee table.
3. Dining room. It has a large table to feed all the people staying in the house. In it we can find air conditioning, heating and internet connection.
4. Kitchen. It is fully equipped with: stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine, fireplace, television and many more amenities.
5. Games room. This is one of the most cozy rooms. In addition to having different games such as a large pool table, it also has an extensive library. It is important to note that it is fully air conditioned with heating and air conditioning. Other amenities include a toilet and internet connection.
6. Rooms. The 19 places are distributed as follows:
- Family Suite. Designed for 4 people. In it we can find 1 double bed and two single beds. It has a bathroom and television.
- Cellar room. With a double bed and television.
- Staircase room. Like the first, it is designed for 4 people and we can find 1 double bed and two single beds. It also has a bathroom and a TV
- Red room. Ideal for 2 people with a double bed and television. - Orange room. With a double bed and a single bed can sleep up to 3 people. It has television.
- Green room. For two people with a double bed, bathroom and television. - Blue room. For two or three people with a double bed and a sofa bed. Like any of the above, it has a bathroom and television.
Most rooms also have a USB charger, wardrobe, heating and ceiling fan.
Additional services include a baby cot, high chair and ironing board and iron.
OUTSIDE THE HOUSE
The indoor area is very spacious and has all kinds of amenities and the outdoor area is also characterized by it. We can find:
