Description
Rural house for rural tourism in the village of Les Escaules, Girona. The house is located 200 meters from the Muga River and 15 km away. of Figueres, capital of the Alt Empordà region and home of Salvador Dalí.
It is also close to the Cap de Creus Natural Park and the best beaches in Catalonia. Our rural house is located in a very quiet village and about 15 km from the French border.
It is an ideal place to spend a few quiet days all year round. The house consists of all modern comforts, with electric heating and fireplace.
INSIDE
On the ground floor there is the dining room, living room, kitchen, library, film library, and a small outdoor patio with barbecue.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one queen bedroom with antique furniture, and a second bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm and 120 cm respectively facing a bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower fully equipped.
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms, one single with a bed of 135 cm and another much larger with a bed of 150 cm equipped with all the necessary furniture. Between the two bedrooms there is a common area where there is a single bed of 90 cm that opens onto a balcony.
OUTSIDE
Finally, on top of everything enjoy a terrace of about 45 m2 where the sun shines all day and with the best views of the village.
Near the village of Les Escaules is Darnius Beach in Darnius, where water sports are practiced. There are also plenty of trails for hiking and other practices.
The towns of Cadaqués, Port de La Selva, Figueres, Sant Llorenç de la Muga, Ceret (France) are recommended visits.
