Description
Rural house in Barcelona. This farmhouse is located in the town of Sant Mateu de Bages, specifically, in the Bages region located in the province of Barcelona. It is very close to Manresa and this will allow you to be close to the big city while you rest in this beautiful house in the middle of nature.
From there you can visit such emblematic places as, for example: the Montserrat monastery, the Castelltallat astronomical observatory or the Sal de Cardona mountain park.
If something stands out about the farmhouse, it is its appearance. On the outside it has a very rural and conservative look while the inside has been recently rehabilitated. The latter in order to offer the best options in terms of comfort and technological advances.
In total it has the capacity to accommodate up to a total of 9 people divided into 4 bedrooms and 6 beds. In addition, each room has its own bathroom and this is always something that offers extra comfort.
As for the exteriors, it has a very nice terrace, a swimming pool and a garden. The garden is perfect if you want to sunbathe.
It is ideal for all those who want to spend a few days in the middle of nature in a house responsible for the environment, since, among other things, the boiler is made of biomass.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
As we have mentioned, it has a capacity of 9 people and the rooms are divided as follows:
1. Ground floor. Very nice entrance and a room with bathroom and washing machine. This will allow you to do the laundry while you stay in the house.
2. First floor. It is the bedroom floor, since this is where most of the rooms are located. In addition, for more comfort, each one has its own bathroom. In
this floor is also the kitchen that is fully equipped. Right next to the kitchen there is also a living room with a fireplace and some benches to sit on.
3. Second floor. On the top floor there is a triple room, also with a bathroom and a multipurpose room ideal for the smallest of the house to play.
It is important to note that there are a total of 6 beds, 3 of them are single and the remaining 3 are double or double. Also, the house has a boiler to heat it and this is respectful with the environment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, microwave oven, conventional oven and fridge.
ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE
This house also stands out for its exteriors. Specifically, we can find:

In addition, it also has a parking lot so you can park your vehicle near the house.
