Description
Rural house in Lleida, specifically in Lladurs, a small town in Solsonès in terms of inhabitants but with a large municipal area in which 99% are forests and nature. It is a perfect enclave to enjoy rural tourism and disconnect from the noise and stress of the city. Both in summer with perfect excursions, in autumn with the warm colors and mushrooms, in spring with the boom of all nature, and in winter due to the proximity of the Port del Compte ski resort.
It is a traditional Catalan farmhouse, of great capacity, made of stone, and that maintains all the elements that give it that warm and welcoming atmosphere, in the same way as a cool place in summer. It is very well decorated throughout its interior, as well as equipped both inside and outside. It has a maximum capacity of 22 people.

The house has the following rooms:
- 7 double rooms: 5 with a double bed and 2 with two single beds.
- 1 triple room (bunk bed and single bed)
- 1 family apartment (double bed, bunk bed, single bed)
All rooms are fully equipped with wooden furniture, bedding, and a private bathroom in each of them with toiletries, towels, and one of them is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
As for the common areas of the house, we find a multipurpose room with a piano that can be a dining room or activity room.
It has a large kitchen, with all kinds of utensils and appliances, which facilitate meals for large groups.
Abroad...
The house has a porch with outdoor furniture and barbecue, ideal for a meal outdoors. Then there is a large garden area with a swimming pool and an orchard for self-consumption.
