Description
Rural house located in Les Preses, 4km from Olot, from where you will enjoy the best views of the area. It is located close to the county road, but thanks to its fantastic and spacious exterior, the farm offers peace and tranquility to those who visit it.
It is a completely closed house. Its facilities offer all the privacy and all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. The house is adapted for large groups, and is ideal for sharing with children.
Its immediate surroundings stand out for its cultural heritage and scenic attractions. Much of the area is within the Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone, where you can discover unique landscapes thanks to the numerous hiking and cycling routes that the terrain has. You can breathe the charm and peace of the rural towns.
It has a total capacity for 10 people who are divided between the house and a small annex with one of the rooms.
The interior space is distributed over two floors:
On the ground floor we find the modernized kitchen, a fantastic space fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. It also has a wooden table and chairs for meals, next to a glass window with views of the property's grounds. The living-dining room communicates directly with the kitchen, and has a large wooden table and chairs, a set of armchairs and a plasma TV. A glass door gives direct access to the garden and the barbecue area and outside porch.
The second floor is accessed by stairs, and is the bedroom area. The house has five bedrooms, all double, two with two double beds and the other three with two single beds. All have a private bathroom with a shower.
Attached to the house there is a small apartment, duplex type, with living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. In the upper area, which is accessed by a flight of stairs, there is a room with a double bed, TV and windows overlooking the grounds of the estate.
Outside there is a large garden with private parking, a porch at the entrance of the house with furniture and a garden area with swimming pool, barbecue with table and chairs.
