The house accommodates up to 19 people, making it an ideal accommodation for large groups or families seeking comfort, history, and tranquility in a unique rural setting.

The house combines the charm of the original stone with all modern amenities. It has

- 2 triple rooms with a double and single bed
All with private bathrooms, heating, air conditioning, and views of the surroundings. One of the rooms, located on the ground floor, is semi-adapted for guests with reduced mobility, as is the dining room, also located on that floor and featuring stone walls and a long table for 19 people.
The spacious, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen includes all appliances, making it ideal for large groups. Downstairs, there's also a washing machine, dryer, and an additional toilet. There are two living rooms, both with a TV, one with a wood-burning fireplace, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Outside, the cottage offers a large covered porch with a barbecue, tables, and benches, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco year-round. Guests can enjoy the ping-pong table, foosball table, and basketball hoop, ideal for sharing quality time with others. The pool, with sun loungers and outdoor furniture, is fully fenced for child safety and is open from April 1st to October 15th.
In addition, the property has a large garden area and private parking within the grounds. On weekends, guests can enjoy walks along the country lanes, visit the weekly market in Cardona, or discover nearby destinations such as Solsona or the Port del Comte ski slopes, just an hour away.
Groups of young people under 30 years of age, as well as bachelor/bachelorette parties and celebrations, are not accepted.
