The spacious and bright living room is ready to welcome all guests and opens onto two living rooms: one with a fireplace that provides warmth and the other with direct access to the terrace, equipped with furniture and access to the outside.
In addition, the house has a studio room, perfect for reading or relaxing, and several common spaces that offer comfort and privacy. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, has a combi fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, guaranteeing a practical and comfortable stay.

The exterior invites you to enjoy the outdoors and the natural surroundings. It has a large garden with barbecue and an attached dining room, prepared for 12 people, ideal for meals at any time of the year.
The magnificent swimming pool, equipped with deckchairs and outdoor furniture, remains open from April 1 to October 15 and offers a perfect space to relax in the sun. For leisure, the house has a ping-pong table, pétanque, foosball, darts and a basketball hoop, guaranteeing fun for all ages.
Groups of young people under 30 years old and celebrations or farewells are not accepted.
